Reiki is a Japanese technique for peace management and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by the “laying on of hands” and is based on the idea that “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” As practitioners and healers we believe that this life force energy is greatly affected by our intentions. Our intention as the healer is to always give Reiki as a clear vessel free of ego and attachments so that Reiki energy flows freely. Our intention is to always be fully present with the unconditional love and the utmost compassion for those we are giving Reiki to.

This Reiki Certification workshop is to be taken after completing Reiki I and the practice/supplemental teaching that accompany each level.
Each level includes teachings of the accompanying symbols and you WILL be attuned to those symbols!
If you were taught Reiki elsewhere and you DID NOT receive an attunement/attunements please let me know so that I can get you appropriately caught up!
The first segment of your Reiki certification is a 3 hour workshop and your attunement. Please be well rested, dress comfortably and bring water to keep yourself hydrated. Students are permitted to bring a light snack for our short break midway through.
The 2nd segment of your certification will be a 2 hour hands on practice session and supplemental teaching where I will guide you through in depth teachings of reiki hand placements, Byosen scanning, working with the biofield through reiki. You will e asked to bring a volunteer to practice on or I can provide one for you.
I DO NOT offer multiple Reiki levels of certification and attunement in one day or weekend. As a Grand Master Teacher, I personally believe it to be very important that my students have adequate time to process what they have learned and to be able to process the energy of each attunement. These teachings are sacred and quite powerful! I believe they are to be honored as such.
PLEASE refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented lotions, and heavily applied essential oils as I and others are highly sensitive and allergic in most cases! Thank you for understanding!

Soul Breathing ~ Breathwork For Transformation!

In this powerful workshop, suitable for both the beginner and the experienced meditator, I will be leading guests through some incredible breathing techniques to not only deeply relax but deeply transform your energy!

I’ll be teaching a combination of both Pranayama (Sanskrit for “Vital life force energy”) techniques and the Chinese Qigong technique of “Cosmic Breath”.

As I guide you through these ancient and transformational breathing techniques, you will experience the release of what isn’t serving you, the stillness needed for more clarity, and the activation of your highest vibration…Your Home Frequency!

The more focused you are with your breath, the more present you are and the more conscious you will be with what you want to manifest in your life!

You ARE the creator of your life and you ARE co-creating with the Universe!

As you practice these techniques, you will be fully engaging your physical body with the most powerful gift you have…the breath. With this you then have complete integration with your mind and body to POWER UP, OPEN UP, and RECEIVE the energy and frequency needed to repel what doesn’t belong in your life and attract more of what does!

At the end of the class, I will invite students to lay down and receive the healing sounds of my crystal bowls singing!

Things to know:

Beginners are welcome! I can accommodate you wherever you are in your practice.
I am a Certified Meditation Instructor with more than 20 years as a meditator and 10 years as a master teacher in many styles of meditation.
Dress Comfortably!
Bring water to drink! (you will be relaxed but still running a lot of energy through body with the breath so you will want it.)
Caffeine or a heavy meal is never a good idea before meditative activities! : )
We will be doing many techniques that involve breathing in and out of the nose. If you have clogged sinuses for any reason, you’ll want to wait until that clears up before attending this type of workshop.
Om2Ohm is fully equipped with cushions, blankets, some bolsters, carpeted flooring, meditation benches, and standard chairs for your comfort. If you have your own cushion of course feel free to bring it!
Your instructor and guide (that’s me!) is highly sensitive and allergic to scented lotions, perfumes, and body sprays as are many of our Om2Ohm guests. Essential oils are fine but please use them very sparingly as they too can be energetically distracting to myself and others. I thank so very much for your help on this!
Please allow yourself to be 5-10 min early if possible so that you have time to get settled in…Your blood pressure level will thank you! : )

Reiki Master Teacher Certification

Becoming a Reiki Master Practitioner and teacher is a life-changing experience. It will give you a deeper experience of the extraordinary power of Reiki to heal and transform. The Reiki Master attunement and symbol strengthen your skill and effectiveness as a Reiki practitioner and enhance your ability to heal and promote balance on all levels.

All Om2Ohm Reiki workshops are of the Reiji-ho tradition and USUI lineage, in which one is guided directly with ones intuition and inner sensitivity to know where the client’s energy field is out of balance and in need of Reiki. Through talks, exercises, small-group work, and discussion with Master Teacher Sheri Rathburn, you cross the threshold into Reiki mastery, as you:

This workshop is for those who want to train to be professional Reiki practitioners with the option of continuing on to Reiki Master Teachers, as well as those who want to simply deepen their healing practice and learn the ability to transmit the sacred gift of Reiki to others.

The proper dedication to practicing this ancient healing art is extremely important. This enables the student to fully observe and process the experience and feedback from both giving and receiving Reiki. All who successfully complete this training will receive their Reiki Master Teacher Certification. Certificates are awarded upon completion of this workshop. I still HIGHLY suggest that each student attend one or more of my group practices and supplemental teachings!

Previous training in Reiki Level II and Advanced Level Reiki is required. Students must have a foundational knowledge of the three second-degree Reiki symbols. If you have not received your Reiki I, II, and Advanced training through Om2Ohm, you may still take this class but must show proof of those certifications.

Past Life Regression Session

What is a past life regression session?

A past-life regression recalls scenes, feelings and memories from another lifetime that one has lived as though it were happening now. YOU create a focus or intention for the session. This is followed by guided meditation and deep relaxation which enables you to access important subconscious memories from this lifetime or another. The subconscious, in its infinite wisdom, will selectively reveal what is appropriate and healing for your current life situation. Some people see glimpses of several past lives; others may delve into one specific past life in more detail; another may discover important repressed memories from the current lifetime. Oftentimes people feel they are “making up” the past life memories. As you become more comfortable with the process, you will discover that this information is valuable and authentic and contributes to your healing and well being. Some people have very vivid and emotional recall while others may have an intuitive knowing without a lot of emotion and imagery.

Past Life Regression Sessions help you discover who you ARE by exploring who you WERE…

It is a truly transformative session during which you will explore one or more of your past lives or future lives and will receive answers to the questions you have from your Guides and your Higher Self. This session is 1.5 hours long
Expect to be extremely relaxed!
You will be lead on a beautiful 30 minute journey with guided visualization, layered with healing music and sound.
This journey will lead you through at least one past life and possibly more.
As an option you may choose Reiki as a part of this past life regression session to remove old energetic & karmic blockages
A full hour Psychic Reading/Intuitive Counsel is a vital part of this session to decipher messages and help you to move forward!

The average session is 90 minutes long and there is quite a lot of information and guidance that comes through me to share with you. The amount of information from your guides and your highest self (your soul self) varies from person to person. This information, otherwise known as your reading, is channeled through me as your guide and messenger. I allow at least 40 minutes of this session to go over these channeled messages with you. If there is more information that comes through that will not fit within this time frame, you will have the option to add on more time during your session or via a follow up email for an additional fee. During this special 90 minute session you will:

Experience our beautiful private OmRoom and relax with no distractions!
Enjoy being completely at peace and guided through a visualization meditation to release fear and doubt, awaken intuition and open and activate dormant DNA strands.
You participate in the activation by holding the intention of allowing, thus heightening the experience and your energy making your session even more powerful.
This deep meditation and 12 Strand DNA Activation utilizes color and sound. The vibrations of the sacred Solfeggio frequencies open the receptors of your cells, allowing the activation to more easily be imprinted on the DNA. Sound sets the vibration of the body at the correct rate to receive the activation at each level. The energy vibration of colors adds to the power of this activation.

Soooooo…You may be asking, “What the heck is DNA Activation?”

You may already know that DNA is the ‘blueprint of life’ and is located in every cell of the body. In addition to each chromosome’s 2 strand double helix of DNA, there are an additional 22 etheric strands of DNA available to each human. Will I feel anything while the DNA Activation is happening?
