Invoking Angels!

Everyone (including you), whether you realize it yet or not, has Angels and EVERYONE is able to communicate with them and receive their guidance! This workshop is your perfect opportunity to learn how!

We all have Guardian Angels, Archangels and so many different Angels guiding, supporting, and loving from beyond the physical. Why might you not be aware of them yet? Guardian Angels and Archangels work with our spirit guides to form what I like to call our “Celestial Guidance Team”. When asked, they conspire on our behalf for our highest good.   • Earthing and Earth Weaving~ The Earth Weaving ritual is where each Goddess will bring a bit of earth or sand from a place of their choosing (the higher vibe the better of course!. We will all then mix this earth together to symbolize the sharing and support  of our magical sisterhood connection! Each Goddess will take home with her a portion of this weaved earth to keep this connection!

Allow me to immerse you in the wisdom, medicine, and magick of sacred Cedar and Sage!

Used for centuries by First Nations Peoples, Cedar and Sage are among the treasured Four Sacred Medicines ( Tobacco, Cedar, Sage, & Sweetgrass) used in ceremony, smudging, and medicine.

During this beautiful workshop, with great honor and respect, I will be sharing with you my journey with these sacred plants and the teachings that were passed down to me through my Shaman Teachers and elders.

With this knowledge, you will be able to begin your own personal journey and practice with sacred plant wisdom!

What guests will experience:

Reiki is a Japanese technique for peace management and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by the “laying on of hands” and is based on the idea that “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” As practitioners and healers we believe that this life force energy is greatly affected by our intentions. Our intention as the healer is to always give Reiki as a clear vessel free of ego and attachments so that Reiki energy flows freely. Our intention is to always be fully present with the unconditional love and the utmost compassion for those we are giving Reiki to.

  • All of my Reiki Certification workshops held privately 1:1 or with your chosen group of up to 3 people.

  • This Reiki Certification workshop is to be taken after completing Reiki I and the practice/supplemental teaching that accompany each level.
  • Each level includes teachings of the accompanying symbols and you WILL be attuned to those symbols!
  • If you were taught Reiki elsewhere and you DID NOT receive an attunement/attunements please let me know so that I can get you appropriately caught up!
  • The first segment of your Reiki certification is a 3  hour workshop and your attunement. Please be well rested, dress comfortably and bring water to keep yourself hydrated. Students are permitted to bring a light snack for  our short break midway through.
  • The 2nd segment of your certification will be a 2 hour hands on practice session and supplemental teaching where I will guide you through in depth teachings of reiki hand placements, Byosen scanning, working with the biofield through reiki. You will e asked to bring a volunteer to practice on or I can provide one for you.
  • I DO NOT offer multiple Reiki levels of certification and attunement in one day or weekend. As a Grand Master Teacher, I personally believe it to be very important that my students have adequate time to process what they have learned and to be able to process the energy of each attunement. These teachings are sacred and quite powerful! I believe they are to be honored as such.
  • PLEASE refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented lotions, and heavily applied essential oils as I and others are highly sensitive and allergic in most cases! Thank you for understanding!

I would be so honored to be your teacher! I am so excited to announce that I offer Ma’heo’o Reiki Certification! Although I had been channeling and using this method of Reiki in combination with traditional Reiki for sometime now, I’m honored to have been formally trained and attuned as a Ma’heo’o Master Teacher! Such a beautiful system of healing!
Ma’heo’o translated means Great Spirit or Great One. The word Ma’heo’o is Cheyenne, a Native American language. This system of energy combines the elements of Earth, Air, Water and Fire with the Great Spirit to effectively activate and promote healing in the human condition.

To Breathe Well is to Live Well…

Our breath is connected to our emotional state. Have you ever noticed how your breathing changes when you feel anxious? We tend to take more shallow breaths when we’re nervous, and even shorter and faster breaths when we experience panic. When we feel tense we hold our breath, pausing at the top of our inhaled breath before we exhale again. Anger affects our breath by forcing long inhales and exhales. In a calm state we breathe slow and steady, and our breathing becomes shallower with relaxation, similar to when we begin to fall asleep.

Breathing is unique in comparison to other automatic functions of the body, in that it can also be regulated voluntarily. Techniques of using the breath to direct and improve the body’s energy, and aid in the release of emotions, dates back thousands of years!

It is a common belief that we breath only through the body, but the work of breathing is done by the entire body thus the entire body benefiting from it! 

  • Happiness + emotional stability: Manipulating the breath can alter how we feel, making up as much as a 40 percent variance in feelings of anger, fear, joy, and sadness, according to countless scientific findings.

Like a spotlight the Full Moon represents an energy peak highlighting what is culminating in our five senses and electromagnetic field. We can either throw a tantrum or move this energy to our higher chakras through spiritual practices like meditation, and other energy healing practices like sound healing, Universal Blue Star Healing, DNA Activation, and Light code attunements!

Energetically the Full moon is a powerful time in the lunar cycle when the moon pours down a tremendous amount of energy. Sound Healing, the timeless vibrational healer…

Everything in the Universe vibrates, from the smallest particle, to the planets in our solar system, to the billions of stars in the Milky Way Galaxy, creating patterns of geometric waveforms, frequencies, musical intervals, and sounds.
