Angels are our guardians and guides. They are divine spiritual beings of love and light that work with humanity to help us in this lifetime. Guardian angels are unique to each person; we each have our own team. For some people this may be one angel, for others it may be many;

Guardian Angels and Archangels work with our spirit guides to form what I like to call our “Celestial Guidance Team”. Together, this team can give each of us protection, healing, guidance, inspiration, opportunities, support, comfort and just about whatever else we may need. When asked, they conspire on our behalf for our highest good. Like a spotlight the Full Moon represents an energy peak highlighting what is culminating in our five senses and electromagnetic field. Soul Breathing ~ Breathwork For Transformation!

In this powerful workshop, suitable for both the beginner and the experienced meditator, I will be leading guests through some incredible breathing techniques to not only deeply relax but deeply transform your energy!

I’ll be teaching a combination of both Pranayama (Sanskrit for “Vital life force energy”) techniques and the Chinese Qigong technique of “Cosmic Breath”.

As I guide you through these ancient and transformational breathing techniques, you will experience the release of what isn’t serving you, the stillness needed for more clarity, and the activation of your highest vibration…Your Home Frequency!

The more focused you are with your breath, the more present you are and the more conscious you will be with what you want to manifest in your life!

You ARE the creator of your life and you ARE co-creating with the Universe!

As you practice these techniques, you will be fully engaging your physical body with the most powerful gift you have…the breath. Dress Comfortably!
Bring water to drink! (you will be relaxed but still running a lot of energy through body with the breath so you will want it.)
Caffeine or a heavy meal is never a good idea before meditative activities! : )
We will be doing many techniques that involve breathing in and out of the nose. If you have clogged sinuses for any reason, you’ll want to wait until that clears up before attending this type of workshop.
Om2Ohm is fully equipped with cushions, blankets, some bolsters, carpeted flooring, meditation benches, and standard chairs for your comfort. If you have your own cushion of course feel free to bring it!
Your instructor and guide (that’s me!) is highly sensitive and allergic to scented lotions, perfumes, and body sprays as are many of our Om2Ohm guests. Essential oils are fine but please use them very sparingly as they too can be energetically distracting to myself and others. I thank so very much for your help on this!
Please allow yourself to be 5-10 min early if possible so that you have time to get settled in…Your blood pressure level will thank you! : )

Breathing to Let Go of Negativity~ Everyone has difficult thoughts, feelings, and memories; they are part of life. Trying to banish negativity is a useless but the true power lies in recognizing negative thoughts and letting them pass instead of getting lost in them and giving them more power than they deserve. Meditative breathing teaches the mind and body to let go.

In Western culture, The Music of the Spheres, or the concept of these heavenly harmonies can be traced back to 6th century BCE and Pythagoras, who recognized that sounds were the very foundation of the Universe! Everything within us and around us is made of energy and ALL of it is vibrating at its own frequency right down to the cellular level.

For instance, when a piano is being tuned with tuning forks, the vibration of the tuning fork with its pure and perfect tone is introduced to the piano key OUT of tune. The vibration of the key out of tune has no choice but to then begin resonating with that pure and perfect tone. Much like a piano tuning, we too can be brought back into balance energetically through the experience of pure and perfect sound! Will our energy become out of balance again? Sure it will because it is the nature of things, but just like the piano, we can be brought back into alignment when we honor that need to do so!

Reiki II Description: This one day workshop is the follow up training to Usui Reiki Level I. This course will enable you to provide higher healing energy whether you use it for your own healing, giving treatments to friends, family, pets, incorporating elements of Reiki within your profession, or even expand to the community as a volunteer or in a private practice.

Learn the many uses of Reiki in your every day life.
Learn how to send Reiki at a distance.
Learn to connect with your Reiki Spirit Guide Team & its importance!

Advanced hand placements for healing yourself and others

This workshop may be taken after Reiki I Immersion has been completed (Reiki I may have been completed elsewhere as well). Students may also take the rest of the complete class series which includes Advanced, and Master level. Each level has a new attunement which raises your energy vibrations and helps you connect more to the frequency of life. Level I attunement is a pre-req for all other levels.

Walking Meditation

Join Certified Meditation Instructor Sheri Mollica-Rathburn to transform your routine walk into a soothing meditative practice. Learn this special technique to harness the rhythm of your mind and breath to experience more physical fitness, a deeper appreciation for the nature around you, and more mental clarity.

This week we will meet at EMILY TRAPHAGEN PRESERVE 5094 Seldom Seen Road, Powell, OH

All will first gather at shelter house that can be seen right from the parking lot. Guests will be guided through some simple breathing and mindfulness techniques before a joyful and enlightening Walking Meditation. After our walk we’ll gather at the shelter house once more to share a bit about our experience before bidding a peaceful farewell.
