Taking off the training wheels…

Learning to meditate or even to just be more mindful in your daily life is a lot like riding a 2 wheel bike for the first time. It’s not that “you can’t” or that ” you’re not ready”. Rather, it’s a lot more about the struggle to simply allow and let go. Sometimes the training wheels we are keeping on for safety create the resistance that is in reality holding us back.
