Energy healing is useful in promoting profound relaxation and emotional peace. It balances and strengthens the Life Force Energy by reducing blockages to energy flow through the body’s meridian (energy pathways) system. Energy Healing also helps tremendously to release stagnant energy and break up the static-like energy that can contribute to stress and lack of vitality! My practice incorporates several complementary modalities: Usui Tibetan Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Ma’Heo’O Reiki, Shamanic practices, gentle Acupressure, Meridian Healing and Sound Healing.
Every living being possesses an internal and external energy field. Energy healing modalities address the energetic and physical systems by releasing blockages and past wounds and restoring balance. This greatly facilitates physical and emotional healing as well as spiritual growth, allowing you to fully step into who you are becoming! Energy healing can be extremely helpful for chronic situations where nothing else has been effective!
Through all of my combined energy healing practices I support you as my client in healing the entire body as well as the body’s surrounding biofield. This includes mental, emotional, physical and energetic. I help you to see the energy behind what you are experiencing by holding space for you and acknowledging your experience. With that allowing and acknowledgment you are able to be validated and move forward into releasing what no longer serves you!
Reiki…
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing and it means “guided life force energy” and was originally founded my Dr. Mikao Usui. It is passed from teacher to student and has been a valuable healing modality for more than 100 years. The Reiki method of healing was founded on the revelation and understanding of the body’s energy system. Reiki Practitioners strive to improve health and quality of life by offering Reiki energy and restoring balance. Reiki is used in self-care, for care of one’s family, and is offered in private practice and in hospitals and medical settings all over the world as an adjunct and supportive therapy to wellness and traditional medical care.
The healer becomes a conduit for this healing life force energy and has the intent to make the Reiki flow with the intent to heal and for that energy to go where it needs to go. This life force of intent flows through the healer into the client. Reiki is not taught in the way other healing techniques are taught. It is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master during an attunement process. This process opens the crown, heart, and palm chakras ( Sanskrit word for “wheel of energy”) and creates a special link between the student and the Reiki source.
My training and experience…
I have many years of training and 17 years experience as an Energy Healer, Light Worker, and Clairvoyant Psychic! I am a Grand Master Reiki Teacher and practitioner within the Usui Lineage, a Karuna Reiki Master and teacher, and a Ma’heo’o Master Practitioner and teacher. (Ma’heo’o is Cheyenne, a Native American system of energy work that combine the elements of Earth, Air, Water and Fire with the Great Spirit to effectively activate and promote healing in the human condition.) I am a conduit and clear channel for the Universal Life Force Energy that I have been attuned to.
Okay so in more simple, human- to- human terms how does Reiki work?
Just think of it like this – Everything is energy…every atom within every cell of our being, inside and out, is moving and vibrating at its own frequency. Sometimes that energy is aligned and balanced and sometimes it isn’t! We shift and change constantly! Our thoughts, experiences (both past and present), and everything around us has its own energy as well. By channeling and introducing pure loving intention as the healer/practitioner and you being open to receive that pure loving intention, together we create the balance of what “off Key”and activation of your highest frequency and vibration! I often refer to how a piano tuner uses tuning forks to bringing piano keys back into balance… With the tuning fork that resonates with the pure note along side the “off” key, only one vibration can reside. You got it! The pure resonance!
Reiki works on every level, Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual. Reiki flows through the practitioner and connects with the cells of the client giving the client exactly what he/she needs and how much. The healer is moving energy by intent – energy follows thought and where the mind goes, so goes the energy. Reiki does this by flowing through the areas of the energy field where these negative blocks have attached themselves and charges them with positive energy. It raises the vibration of the energy field causing the negative energy to break up and clear it out. In doing this, the life force can flow through the energy pathways in a healthy, natural and balanced way!
Sound Healing, the timeless vibrational healer…
Like I explained above, everything in the Universe vibrates, from the smallest particle, to the planets in our solar system, to the billions of stars in the Milky Way Galaxy, creating patterns of geometric waveforms, frequencies, musical intervals, and sounds. In Western culture, The Music of the Spheres, or the concept of these heavenly harmonies can be traced back to 6th century BCE and Pythagoras, who recognized that sounds are subject to mathematical laws and proportions, and were the very foundation of the Universe. In the Eastern tradition the idea that sound is the generator of the universe dates back even further!
So how does this work within a session?
The use of healing sound is brought into my sessions (YES, even remotely!) through the use of precision calibrated tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Metal Singing Bowls, and Drumming. The vibrations created through sound meet the energy of the client to intermingle and then settle into ONE balanced vibration. I often compare how sound healing works to how a piano is tuned with tuning forks. The piano is “played” and tuned until the two frequencies become only one. THAT is the frequency closest to the pure balanced sound of the precisely calibrated tuning fork.
The Messages…
Although I have many gifts, one of my greatest gifts is called Clairvoyance.
Clairvoyance means “clear vision” and is the ability to gain information about an object, person, location, or physical event through extrasensory perception and in my case, is the additional ability to tap into, feel and “read” the energy that makes up ALL things past, present, and future.
That being said, when you are present with me for your session, the guidance and information you need most WILL present itself as it is meant to! You may, of course, ask me questions you’d like answers to, but DO be open to what guidance is most important and best for your highest good at this time!
How do I receive the guidance and messages I pass on to you?
As a Clairvoyant Psychic, Medium, and Lightworker, I receive most of the valuable information and messages from your guides, angels, your higher self, and oftentimes from those who have passed. During every session, the client receives very relaxing and healing Reiki and Energy Work through which I also receive the guidance you need most at that time. I can feel your energy and all of the information it holds right down to a cellular level as if I am tapping into a cosmic internet!
After your energy work session I will share these messages with you, the images that present themselves, and the translation of that information for you to process. It is with exceptional clarity and loving kindness that I relay that guidance in the best possible way for you to take full advantage of it right away. It is truly a beautiful, moving, and transformational experience!
Reiki Healing & Messages sessions are 90 minutes for best results and in depth guidance and the fee is $165.
