Frequently Asked Questions About Sessions…
Each healer and psychic medium’s gifts and abilities are different than anyone else’s. Though they may have similarities, each of us has a unique style that works best for us. Our way of receiving, delivering and translating information, as well as what type of information we have access to varies but that unique process is always just right and as it should be!
It has been my personal experience that each person is usually drawn to the healer/intuitive that is right for them but when seeking out the right person don’t be afraid to take your time and do your research! Pay attention to how you FEEL when you are browsing different healer websites and what they have to offer. Did their story and experience resonate with you? Trust your gut and you will JUST KNOW that you are meant to go and see that person. Sometimes it’s a specific service offered that jumps out and “speaks to you”. However you are led to me, I am honored to help you on your journey!
What is a session with you like?
Experiencing a session with me is very much like visiting a friend. It is a relaxed and peaceful environment free of judgement. You may notice that when I deliver your messages and guidance that even though for the most part, I am looking you in the eye, I also may look up or to the side at times. This is because, during your session, I am continuously being given visuals, cues, and audible (to me) information to share with you. My look up or to the side is simply my way of receiving and processing that information.
I receive all of information be shared with you directly from your Guides. I do not use any cards, crystal balls, or talismans in order to channel this information for you.
For ALL of my sessions, I do set a gentle timer to keep us both on track. You will be amazed at how quickly the time goes! If there is still more to share when the timer chimes, you will be given the option to keep going for an additional fee if our time allows.
Payment for your session: If you are a new client, I DO require payment at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. This is to avoid last minute cancellations and no shows without my being reimbursed for my time. Once you are an established client, you may always pay at the time of your session.
For private classes/certifications I DO require at least a 50% deposit to hold your session time with me.
Appointment Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows:
I do require at least 24 hours notice for cancelling and rescheduling your appointment when needed. Please respect the fact that I am a small business, I am a one woman show, and this my passion AND my full time career!
I DO understand that things happen! If it is an unexpected emergency as in a car accident, child illness, injury or death in the family, you will still have CREDIT for your PAID session to use within one year of purchase.
If you are a NO SHOW for your session, please know that, unfortunately, you forfeit that session and there would be no credit or refund given. I have a waiting list for my sessions and often I am doing back-to-back sessions and timing is everything. If you no show/no call, I’m then not able to call someone on my wait list in time to fill your spot. Remember, I am a small business and EVERY session counts! Thank you so much for understanding this!
Session Reminders: I do my best to remind you of your upcoming session, but I highly recommend that you add your session to your calendar at the time of scheduling! If you are a “no show” for your session, I won’t be able to reschedule you and you forfeit your session entirely.
What if you can’t make it to a Workshop, Event, or Class you signed up and paid for? If you sign up for an event or workshop with me and you’re not able to make it for that event/class, please contact me within 24 hours of that event/class and then that money will be held as credit for you and may be used for any session, workshop, or event within one year. I apologize, but I do not offer refunds.
- If YOU are running late: Please text me so that I can plan accordingly! If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, be prepared to reschedule.
- Be prepared to turn off your phone and remove your watch or apple watch during your private session and/or class. You’ll have a much more relaxing session if you’re not worried about the beeping and buzzing of your every day life. Jewelry may stay on but watches, apple watches, and fit-bits of any kind impede energy flow so you’ll be asked to remove them.
- Gift Certificates: If you receive an Om2Ohm gift certificate you may use that certificate toward any session, workshop, or event that I offer! ALL gift certificates are good at full value for ONE YEAR.
- Please note that Om2Ohm DOES NOT offer refunds for retreats, workshops, events, classes, or prepaid sessions due to the time involved in preparing, materials purchased/created, If you find that you are unable to attend for any reason, or the retreat or workshop is rescheduled and that date does not work for you, you may ALWAYS use your credit toward any other retreat, workshop, private session with me, or products that I create.
