Dive deep into the spiritual and healing energetics of herbs like lemon balm, calendula, passion flower, and discover how to harness their wisdom for your own holistic wellness!

Join us as we honor ancestral wisdom and the sacred relationship between plants and humans as we uncover the profound healing potential that lies within!

What will be happening at this workshop:

~ Learn about herbal energetics: How we resonate with herbs/plants energetically based on our experience through taste, feel, and work with our body and our energy!

~ Guests will learn about and experience first hand several herbs: Calendula, mugwort, lemon verbena, lemon balm, peppermint, sage, and motherwort!

~ We will lead guests through meditating with several herbs to connect with their energy and “feel” what resonates most.

~ Guests will each receive a Reiki, herb, and sound healing session complete with herbal oils and salves

~ Learn about poultices, how to make them at home and we will also create some!

~ Learn about Ceremonial oils and how to create your own

~ Learn about one-of-a-kind healing tools to encourage and be aware of your own experience through self-massage and oils, smudging or to make rituals for our body, mind and spirit a little more pleasurable.

~ Enjoy herbal tea and treats together!
